I had a wonderful experience dining at Hilton Olive! The food was absolutely delicious — each dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and care put into every bite. On top of that, the staff were warm, friendly, and very approachable, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Very much a Western Hotel cafe. Limited but good menu. Pizza is very good, Ruben excellent, coffee good, fresh lemonade super! Place itself lacks atmosphere but view of the old artillery range is really nice and something totally different and unexpected in the area. Recommend it but husbands beware! There's a duty free in the lobby!

This is probably the best hotel here in Pampanga! To be honest, better than Hilton Manila! The hotel amenities are exceptional. The staff are really nice and approachable, big shout out to Sir Ed, Chef Carmella and Chef Dexter and the rest of the team. We’ve been to 158 hotels already and this is our currently our Top 4! The place leans on the pricier side considering the variety of options available, but overall, the food was good. I especially appreciated the seafood selection — fresh and nicely prepared. It was also a pleasant surprise to find some cheese options, which added a nice touch. The salad station stood out for me as well — fresh ingredients and a good variety. Service was exceptional — attentive, friendly, and professional, which really elevated the experience. As for dessert, it was a bit of a hit or miss. Some items were delicious, while others didn’t quite hit the mark. All in all, a good dining experience with standout service and a few memorable food highlights.

The staff particularly Sir John Rae was very accommodating and approachable. The moment we sit, he already asked us the type of coffee we prefer. The manager also checked in on us. All was smooth and we had a good morning indeed. Thank you Hilton and team!

Olive – Breakfast Buffet Review Selection: A well-rounded mix of cuisines including Korean, Filipino, and American dishes. Also offers a good selection of pastries, fresh fruits, fresh juices, and brewed coffee. Food Quality: Overall food quality is commendable. Dishes are made with fresh ingredients and taste well-prepared. Service: Staff are courteous and attentive. However, service tends to slow down during peak hours, which is understandable when the dining area gets crowded. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ (4/5) A satisfying breakfast experience with a diverse spread and generally good service. Ideal for those who enjoy variety in the morning.

Olive restaurant is absolutely outstanding! From the moment we walked in, the warm, inviting atmosphere made us feel right at home. Food from breakfast buffet to dinner was great! Really Great!!! Ms Coleen was attentive and very friendly. Also, Big shout out to Ms Carol for a top-notch service! This restaurant is a must- visit if you’re into fresh and delicious food.

If you are staying at the Hilton, you'd be hard pressed to find something near by that will offer this much variety. Olive does have some shortcomings but realistically, your experience should be leaning towards quite good. So we stayed at the Hilton for a couple of days and ended up eating at Olive 3 separate times. 2 for lunch and 1 time for breakfast. On average, I'd say the Ala Carte options are on the higher quality side compared to the buffet offerings. The buffet consists of many options that are hit or miss. That is expected in a buffet though so I wouldn't put that as a reason to avoid it. Overall the food is above average. I did order the Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls and it tasted exactly how it was described, "fresh". For both the limited Ala Carte options we've tried and the buffet, I wouldn't say there was any stand outs. I did notice the quality of fish for the sushi and sashimi was questionable. It did not look fresh. Instead of vibrant and red it was looking pale and grey. Other than that everything else was fine. Service was also a bit of a mix bag. While everyone was friendly and willing to help, we had several times where our request would not be fulfilled. This is a bit odd considering there was plenty of staff and the restaurant was only ever filled to maybe 40% capacity at the busiest time we went. This was minor things though like water refills or an order of coffee after our meal. For the water, we just asked again and it immediately got refilled. The coffee though never came and we just decided not to get it. These were on different visits so take that as you will. Service was still good overall. So don't be afraid to try Olive if you happen to be staying in the Hotel. I wouldn't recommend going out of your way to eat here, but if you just happen to be in the area and want a wide selection of food, this most likely will be the best place for that.
